To use the Search function, you just need the zip code, and / or select
your county / city. If you already know the facility or specialty you’re looking
for, be sure to use the search filters.
You can also click “Get Started” to search for the best match for your
particular condition, gender and age.
The portal strives to keep its info updated. Be sure you always confirm with
the provider or its representatives that they are still contracted with First
Health Network as a provider.
