Five Points Health Benefit Plans, LLC is committed to the highest standards of business ethics and integrity. We adhere to strict observance and compliance with both federal (ERISA, DOL) and state insurance laws and regulations governing with ACA compliant health plans.

We are Licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance and multiple other states. We serve as a third party administrator (TPA) to serve employer groups, individuals, families and college students to find the most affordable healthcare plans and prescription prices in the country.
